ADC hosted the 10th Annual ReFresh Fresh Item Management (FIM) Conference from October 26^th – 28^th at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort, Clearwater Beach, Florida.

The annual ReFresh Fresh Item Management (FIM) Conference and User Group came to end on Friday, October 28^th, after two full days of retailer presentations, roundtable discussions, FIM software updates, panel discussions and an engaging presentation by Harold Lloyd. We would like to thank all the retailers that attended the event, as well as our vendor partners who helped make the event a success.

This year's conference provided a forum for current and prospective FIM users to share implementation experiences and strategies, as well as to have their FIM questions answered by ADC associates. Attendees also heard about new FIM technologies available from ADC, as well as our vendor partners, which included areas such as scales, printers and labels.

Based on conference feedback, attendees gained insights on how to utilize FIM solutions in new ways and had lists of ideas and questions to take back to their respective organizations to maximize their FIM investments.

We are looking forward to next year's conference and hope to see everyone there! Look for the date and venue for ReFresh 2012 to be announced by the end of 2011.
